CADEN SKOPHAMMER
Associate Attorney
I am an associate attorney working under Mr. Joshua Tucker. I primarily handle unlawful detainer/eviction matters, from drafting notices to trial, spanning from nonpayment of rent, breach, no cause, and tenancy-at-will arrangements.
I am the first in my family to graduate from college and first to become an attorney. I graduated from California State University San Bernardino summa cum laude in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. I continued my education by attending California Western School of Law, earning my Juris Doctor in 2021, cum laude. After passing the California Bar Exam on my first attempt, I became employed under Mr. Tucker, quickly learning many fields of property and probate law, but focusing primarily on unlawful detainer matters.
During law school, I had a wide variety of experiences, being able to serve on the board for California Western School of Law’s International Law Journal and work as an intern for the San Diego Alternate Public Defender’s Office, San Diego Public Defender’s Office, and San Diego District Attorney’s Office, and an extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Andrew Schopler. After I graduated law school, I had the privilege to be a law clerk for the Riverside County Public Defender’s Office.
Presently, I am proud to assist Mr. Tucker in representing our clients.
