Beatriz Gonzalez
Paralegal
As a paralegal Beatriz assists the firm in daily tasks. In addition to drafting legal documents when needed, she also files pleadings and trial evidence with the court. Among various tasks, Beatriz is also in charge of keeping the calendar organized and updating the firm case management system.
Before joining Local Realty Law, Beatriz began her legal career working for a small litigation firm specializing in personal injury and workers compensation. From there she worked as a professional student worker with the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles civil and family law divisions and the Superior Court of California County of Lancaster dependency division. She moved on to intern for a large firm specializing in civil litigation and probate law while she studied for her paralegal certificate.
Beatriz earned an Associates Degree in Psychology from the Antelope Valley College, a Bachelors in Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her paralegal certificate with a specialized certificate in legal technology from the College of the Canyons. She has also earned an award for Volunteer of the Year for her work in feeding homeless and disadvantaged college students, as well as an Honors Psychology Subject Area award for graduating top of her class.
In her spare time, Beatriz loves to spend time with her vocal husky and often volunteers at animal shelters.
